The Australian Government recently introduced legislation that
permits registered schemes to provide annual reports to unitholders
electronically rather than by posting a printed copy.
For the 2007 financial year and going forward, the Australian
Education Trust (“AET”) will prepare a full statutory Annual Report
(which will include detailed financial statements and reports). The
Annual Report will only be mailed to those unitholders who request
to receive it. AET encourages its unitholders to access the Annual
Report online as it is a more environmentally-friendly and cost
effective way of communication.
