AET’s main objective is to provide secure long term cash-flows
with minimal risk and enhanced value to its investors.
Our aim is to provide a fully integrated approach to property
investment and management and generate income-enhancing
opportunities.

specific real estate investment that invests in childcare and other
property of an educational nature
- provide a stable, growing income stream
supported by secure lease covenants
- provide geographical diversification
through asset selection
- provide an attractive income yield with
underlying property values
Strategy
To achieve these objectives the following strategy has been
implemented :
- application of and adherence to a
consistent investment discipline in assessing acquisitions and
disposals
- apply appropriate debt levels to maximise
returns
- apply hedging policies to minimise
volatility in earnings and asset values
- apply portfolio and risk management
policies to maximise returns and operating efficiencies
- provide diversification through
appropriate asset selection
