Australian Education Trust (“AET”) is the largest Australian listed property trust investing in child care and other properties with an educational use within Australia and New Zealand.

At 30th June 2008 AET had total assets under management of $467 million and 437 properties in its portfolio.

AET aims to provide investors with secure long term cash-flows with minimum risk and enhanced value by aligning itself with market leaders in childcare and education in Australia and New Zealand.  The Fund has a strong, predictable income stream making it attractive to investors who are seeking an income yielding investment with the prospect of capital appreciation over time.

AET will continue to invest in childcare and other education assets in the future.
